   Proposal Description:
   Among patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and/or mild AD dementia who repeatedly visit the ADCs participating in the NACC, the objectives of this study are to:  1. Describe the rate of disease progression over time.  2. Describe demographic and clinical characteristics of participants (including biomarker and APOE e4 allele status, where available), stratified by rate of disease progression.  3. Evaluate changes in cognitive, functional, and behavioral attributes over time, stratified by rate of disease progression.
